Hongping carries forward forty years of farming experience across two generations. Observing pond conditions and feeding responses every day helps us understand the eels’ condition and sizes and informs how we arrange supply.
We supply live eel, kabayaki and other eel products. We confirm live eel specifications, processed product types and packaging requirements with the buyer.
Partner plants in Taiwan manufacture the processed products. Hongping supplies the raw material and coordinates processing requirements. The arrangements depend on the product.
